With close to a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Ishmael brings a unique blend of construction knowledge, psychological insight, and heartfelt customer service to the table. Growing up as the son of a contractor, Ishmael was exposed to the world of homebuilding from a young age. By the time he was 14, he was already working on job sites with his father, learning everything from building homes from the ground up to performing minor repairs. This hands-on experience gave him a comprehensive understanding of what makes a house a home.

While pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Ishmael’s sister, a successful real estate agent in New Jersey, inspired him to earn his New York State real estate license. Despite initially planning on a PhD, Ishmael chose to follow his passion for real estate and has never looked back. His background in psychology helps him connect deeply with clients, guiding them not just through the process of purchasing real estate, but also helping them find properties that offer comfort, security, and a true sense of “home.”

In addition to being a licensed real estate agent in both New York and New Jersey, Ishmael is the CEO and founder of Essential Hero Home Services, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting essential workers and helping first time homebuyers get grants and other resources to purchase homes.
